All investigative reports are prepared in "anticipation of litigation" and are conducted under the Work Product Rule of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. All investigations are confidential and the release of information obtained through an investigation to anyone other than the client is a misdemeanor violation. Our investigators are highly qualified and are prepared to give sworn testimony at depositions, hearings, and trials to support the findings of our investigations.
