Our Flat Rate Surveillance Services are inclusive of mileage and drive time. If the subject is not active, we will automatically split up the time to best maximize your money. You won't receive a report and invoice for two days of surveillance for eight hours each day with no activity.

Here is a list of our standard items included in our Flat Rate Surveillance:

  • 1-Day Surveillance Flat Rate - Call for Price*
      • Eight (8) hours on site time; mileage (up to 120 miles/this refers to follow mileage);
      • Florida Department of Law Enforcement check (FDLE); Florida Workers’ Compensation check through the Department of Financial Services;
      • Florida Department of Motor Vehicles/Moving Record Violation (MVR) check;
      • A microfiche check through the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles;
      • A copy of video tape documentation along with a professional quality report including Summary, Detail of Investigation, Hours of Investigation, Client Contact, and Recommendations.
      • Additionally, a public database search is conducted to identify additional addresses for the subject. If the subject is not active, the surveillance is split up into smaller segments of time and at varying times of the day and week.
      • We also conduct a Neighborhood Investigation to identify the activities and abilities of the subject.

      • Sixteen (16) hours on site time; mileage (up to 240 miles/this refers to follow mileage);
      • Florida Department of Law Enforcement check (FDLE);
      • Florida Workers’ Compensation check through the Department of Financial Services;
      • Florida Department of Motor Vehicles/Moving Record Violation (MVR) check;
      • A microfiche check through the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles;
      • A copy of video tape documentation along with a professional quality report including Summary, Detail of Investigation, Hours of Investigation, Client Contact, and Recommendations.
      • Additionally, a public database search is conducted to identify additional addresses for the subject. If the subject is not active, the surveillance is split up into smaller segments of time and at varying times of the day and week.

      • Eight (8) hours per day on site time; mileage (up to 360 miles/this refers to follow mileage);
      • Florida Department of Law Enforcement check (FDLE);
      • Florida Workers’ Compensation check through the Department of Financial Services;
      • Florida Department of Motor Vehicles/Moving Record Violation (MVR) check;
      • A microfiche check through the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles;
      • A copy of video tape documentation along with a professional quality report including Summary, Detail of Investigation, Hours of Investigation, Client Contact, and Recommendations.

      • If the subject is not active, the surveillance is split up into smaller segments of time and at varying times of the day and week.

NOTE: Rural investigations in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, North and South Carolina generally have additional drive time and mileage. Mileage to rural investigations in these areas will not exceed 1.5 hours and 90 miles one way.

* Rush assignments are charged additional time and expense rate for mileage and drive time. Unless flat fee arrangements are made, surveillance is billed at a maximum of sixty (60) miles per day of assignment (one-way) plus follow miles at .45/mile. Rural investigations in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, North and South Carolina generally have additional drive time and mileage. Mileage to rural investigations in these areas will not exceed 1.5 hours and ninety (90) miles one way. A 7% administration fee is charged on all non-flat rate fee cases. All authorized additional hours on flat fee cases and hours in NOTE above are billed at $69/hour. All drive time for time and expense cases are billed at $45/hour. Trial, depositions, hearings and record reviews are billed as time and expense from our offices in the Orlando area. The hourly rate for all investigations other than statements and locates is $69/hour. In some cases prepayment for time and expense investigations may be required in advance. Any trial testimony and depositions may require prepayment before courtroom appearance. If an investigation has reached the authorized time limit and documentation is being obtained, the investigation will continue at the above hourly billing rate.
